Fairuz memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perniagaan (Perancangan Kewangan) dari RMIT University, Australia dan mempunyai lebih 16 tahun pengalaman bekerja yang diperolehnya sejak 2006.
Sebelum menyertai UJ, Fairuz berkhidmat dengan AIIMAN Asset Management dan AHAM Asset Management selama 10 tahun, menguruskan dana untuk entiti berkaitan kerajaan dan dana pencen.
Fairuz memulakan kerjayanya sebagai pelatih pengurusan dengan HSBC, sebelum menyertai Khazanah Nasional Berhad pada 2008.
Ketua Pengurusan Hartanah
Khalid lulus dari Universiti Teknologi Malaysia dan memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda Sains dalam Pengurusan Hartanah. Beliau juga merupakan Pengurus Hartanah berdaftar dengan Lembaga Penilai, Pentaksir, Ejen Harta Tanah dan Pengurus Harta (LPPEH) dan merupakan Ahli Graduan Institution of Surveyor, Malaysia (ISM).
Khalid kini merupakan Ketua Pengurusan Hartanah Urusharta Jamaah. Beliau juga merupakan ahli Jawatankuasa Eksekutif Pengurusan.
Khalid mempunyai lebih 28 tahun pengalaman dalam industri hartanah terutamanya dalam bidang Pengurusan Aset, Pengurusan Fasiliti, Penilaian dan Perundingan. Beliau juga pernah berkhidmat selama tujuh tahun bekerja di sektor swasta.
Sebelum menyertai UJ, Khalid adalah penasihat dalaman bagi Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad yang kemudiannya dikenali sebagai Prokhas Sdn Bhd. Khalid pernah menjadi Pengurus Projek untuk beberapa projek termasuk pentadbiran jualan, penyewaan dan pengurusan kemudahan projek PPR di bawah Jabatan Perumahan Negara, Kementerian Kesejahteraan Bandar, Perumahan & Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT) dan cadangan penubuhan Akta Perbadanan Pengurusan Perumahan Awam Negara.
Ketua Kewangan
Laili memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perakaunan dari Universiti Teknologi MARA. Beliau juga merupakan ahli Institut Akauntan Malaysia (MIA).
Laili kini mengetuai Jabatan Kewangan. Beliau adalah sebahagian daripada pasukan perintis UJ di mana beliau bertanggungjawab ke atas fungsi kewangan dan perbendaharaan UJ. Beliau juga merupakan ahli Jawatankuasa Eksekutif Pengurusan.
Sebelum menyertai UJ, Laili berkhidmat sebagai Pegawai Kanan Kewangan di Utusan Melayu Malaysia Berhad selama lebih 25 tahun. Beliau mempunyai pengalaman luas dalam fungsi berkaitan kewangan dan perakaunan. Beliau bertanggungjawab untuk mengekalkan kawalan dalaman dan fungsian ke atas semua proses kewangan firma. Beliau juga berkhidmat dalam jawatankuasa audit dan risiko anak-anak syarikat UJ.
Laili merupakan ahli Lembaga Pengarah UJ Hotels & Resorts Management Services Sdn Bhd.
Ketua Kewangan Korporat
Asyraff memperoleh Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perakaunan dari Universiti Teknologi MARA. Beliau adalah Ahli Fellow Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
Kini berkhidmat sebagai Ketua Kewangan Korporat di Urusharta Jamaah, Asyraff juga merupakan ahli Jawatankuasa Eksekutif Pengurusan. Dengan gabungan pengalaman lebih sedekad dalam bidang kewangan, nasihat perniagaan dan audit luaran, Asyraff membawa pelbagai kepakaran buat syarikat.
Sebelum berkhidmat di UJ, Asyraff berkhidmat sebagai Akauntan di Deleum Berhad, penyedia perkhidmatan minyak dan gas. Dalam kapasiti ini, beliau menguruskan hal kewangan untuk segmen medan minyak, bekerjasama rapat dengan semua unit perniagaan untuk meningkatkan keuntungan dan menyelaraskan pengurusan kos.
Asyraff memulakan kerjayanya pada 2013 dengan Deloitte, sebuah firma audit Big Four. Sepanjang tempoh perkhidmatannya, beliau bekerja dengan pasukan audit kewangan, menjalankan audit untuk banyak syarikat tersenarai awam dan multinasional.
Ketua Operasi
Azrul berkelulusan dari Universiti Teknologi MARA dengan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pentadbiran Perniagaan (Kepujian) Perbankan Islam dan Diploma Analisis Pelaburan.
Azrul kini merupakan Ketua Operasi Urusharta Jamaah. Beliau adalah sebahagian daripada pasukan perintis UJ yang bertanggungjawab ke atas operasi aset di bawah pengurusan bernilai lebih RM10 bilion. Beliau juga merupakan ahli Jawatankuasa Eksekutif Pengurusan.
Beliau mempunyai pengalaman luas dalam industri kewangan yang mengkhusus dalam operasi pelaburan, perbendaharaan, penilaian portfolio, pengukuran prestasi,
analisis data dan pelaporan. Sebelum menyertai UJ, beliau adalah Ketua Pengalaman Pelanggan dan Pengurus Operasi Pelaburan Hong Leong Asset Management. Sebelum ini, beliau bekerja dengan Royal Bank of Canada Investor & Treasury Services sebagai Pengurus Perakaunan Dana yang berkhidmat untuk wilayah Dublin.
Azrul kini menganggotai Lembaga Pengarah Datasonic Group Berhad sebagai Pengarah Bukan Bebas Bukan Eksekutif.
Ketua Pengurusan Strategik
Syahmi berkelulusan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pentadbiran Perniagaan (Ekonomi Perniagaan) dari Universiti Teknologi MARA dan menamatkan pengajian Sarjana Pentadbiran Perniagaan (Perniagaan Lestari) dari Universiti Pusat Pendidikan Antarabangsa dalam Kewangan Islam (INCEIF).
Syahmi kini merupakan Ketua Pengurusan Strategik di Urusharta Jamaah. Beliau mengetuai strategi & pemantauan UJ serta hal ehwal korporat dan merupakan ahli Jawatankuasa Eksekutif Pengurusan.
Beliau memulakan kerjayanya sebagai associate dalam sebuah syarikat pemula (start-up company) yang berpangkalan di United Kingdom, di mana beliau bertanggungjawab untuk cerapan pasaran dan operasi. Sejak itu, beliau menjadi salah seorang ahli perintis Projek Laluan Rel Pantai Timur (ECRL) di mana beliau telah berkhidmat dalam Perkhidmatan Korporat dan Projek Khas. Sebelum menyertai UJ, beliau merupakan Penolong Khas kepada Pengarah Eksekutif Kumpulan sebuah syarikat Rolling Stock tempatan.
Pemangku Ketua Tadbir Urus, Risiko & Pematuhan
Faris memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pentadbiran Perniagaan (Kepujian) Pengangkutan dan Diploma Pengajian Perniagaan (Pengangkutan) dari Universiti Teknologi MARA.
Beliau ialah Pengurus Risiko Kelestarian bertauliah dari Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners (IERP) dan kini sedang mengikuti program pensijilan Pegawai Integriti Bertauliah dengan Akademi Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia.
Faris kini berkhidmat sebagai Pemangku Ketua Jabatan Tadbir Urus, Risiko dan Pematuhan UJ. Beliau bertanggungjawab dalam menyelia proses Pengurusan Risiko, Tadbir Urus, Pematuhan, dan fungsi Integriti UJ.
Beliau membawa lebih tujuh tahun pengalaman mantap sebagai pengamal risiko dengan kepakaran dalam Pengurusan Risiko Perusahaan, Pengurusan Risiko Kewangan, Pengurusan Risiko Operasi dan Pengurusan Kesinambungan Perniagaan.
Faris juga mempunyai latar belakang profesional yang pelbagai kerana beliau telah dilatih dan menguruskan pelbagai fungsi sepanjang kerjayanya termasuk fungsi integriti, pematuhan, kesetiausahaan dan paralegal.
Beliau menghabiskan lebih enam tahun dalam industri minyak dan gas, dengan pengalaman dalam kedua-dua sektor huluan dan hiliran.
Sebelum menyertai syarikat itu, Faris berkhidmat di PRefChem (syarikat JV antara PETRONAS dan Saudi Aramco) di mana beliau bertanggungjawab untuk menyelia semakan risiko dan penilaian risiko dalam proses membuat keputusan. Beliau memulakan kerjayanya dengan Velesto Energy Berhad.

Dato’ Shukri was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Urusharta Jamaah on 6 August 2020.
Dato’ Shukri served as an Executive Director of CIMB Group Holdings Berhad from 2006 to 2011 and was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Bumiputera Commerce Holdings Berhad. He had also been the Chief Executive Officer of Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad from 1999 to 2003.
Dato’ Dr. Amiruddin Muhamed was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Urusharta Jamaah on 20 March 2023. He was also appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Dato’ Dr. Amiruddin is currently the Secretary (Strategic and General) of the Government Investment Companies (GIC) Division of the Ministry of Finance (MOF). He began his career at MOF as the Assistant Director at the Accountant General Department and rose through the ranks when he moved to the GIC Division and became the Senior Principal Assistant Secretary. Later, he moved to the Strategic Investment Division.
Currently, Dato’ Dr. Amiruddin serves on the boards of Malaysia Development Holdings Sdn Bhd, Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn. Bhd, Malaysia Programme Office For Power Electricity Reform Corporation, Sinergi Perdana Sdn Bhd, Suria Strategic Energy Resources Sdn Bhd, SRC International Sdn Bhd, and Railway Assets Corporation. Previously, Dato’ Dr. Amiruddin had served on the board of Export-Import Bank of Malaysia Berhad.
Datuk Adinan was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Urusharta Jamaah on 1 September 2019.
He started his career in Bank Bumiputera Malaysia Berhad (BBMB) in the early 80’s. He served BBMB for 18 years and subsequently served other companies involved in property development, construction, manufacturing, recovery and asset management. He was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) from 2007 till 2017. Prior to that, he was the General Manager, Operations I at Prokhas Sdn Bhd.
While serving BSN, he was appointed as Chairman of BSNC Corporation Berhad. He was also a board member of BSN, Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad, Permodalan BSN Berhad and Gibraltar BSN Life Berhad. He was also the President of World Savings Bank Institute (Asia Pacific) in addition to serving as Treasurer of Persatuan Badan Berkanun Malaysia and a council member of Association of Development Financial Institution of Malaysia (ADFIM).
Datuk Adinan currently holds directorship in Aeon Credit Service (M) Berhad, where he also chairs its Board Risk Committee.
Dato’ Othman Semail was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Urusharta Jamaah on 7 May 2021.
He started his career in 1982 with Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (RISDA) as Assistant Agricultural Officer. After serving RISDA for 16 years, he then moved to Ministry of Primary Industries, Malaysia as Assistant Secretary from 1998 until 2003. He then served as Assistant Director at the Public Service Department, Prime Minister’s Department for 2 years from 2003 until 2005.
Dato’ Othman began his service with the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia in 2005 as Assistant Secretary with the Government Procurement Division. He rose through the ranks in the division with various capacities including Principal Assistant Secretary, Head of Section, Deputy Secretary (Operation) and Under Secretary (Head of Government Procurement Division). In October 2018, he was appointed as the Deputy Secretary General of Treasury (Management) until his retirement in March 2021.
During his service with Ministry of Finance, he was also appointed as Chairman of Technology Depository Agency Bhd (TDA) and Chairman of SRC International Sdn Bhd. He was also a Board Member of Tabung Haji Properties Sdn Bhd (THP), Bank Pembanguan Malaysia Berhad (BPMB), Global Link (M) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of MARA, Amanah Raya Development Sdn Bhd and Amanah Raya Real Estate Investment and a Board of Trustees, Capital Market Development Fund. His appointment was also included being a Committee Member of Disciplinary Board, Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) and Committee Member of Service Export Fund on Pre-Feasibility Study Grant, Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE). Dato’ Othman was also a Member of Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), Member of Certification Advisory Committee, IKRAM QA Services Sdn. Bhd., Member of Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB), Member of Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur and Honorary Secretary, Ministry of Finance Malaysian Government Servants’ Welfare and Sports Council (MKSAKK).
Currently, Dato’ Othman sits on the board of Prokhas Sdn Bhd.
Dato’ Jauhari was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of UJ on 7 July 2021.
Dato’ Jauhari was the Chairman of Battersea Power Station Development Company (BPSDC) from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, he had a long-standing role within Sime Darby Berhad having held various position in multiple departments. He had been the Managing Director of Sime Darby Property Berhad from 2016 to 2017 and was also the Managing Director of Oil & Gas Power Division from 2010 to 2015.
Dato’ Jauhari currently sits on the Board of Directors for Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad and Boustead Properties Berhad.
Dato’ Andri served in the Judicial and Legal Service as Federal Counsel from 1990 until June 1994. He is currently the managing partner of the firm Kadir, Andri & Partners and heads the Banking and Finance team. Dato’ Andri was a member of the Law Revision Committee on Islamic Banking and Finance of Central Bank of Malaysia including the sub- committee on Review of Contracts Act and the sub-committees of the Islamic capital market working group of the Securities Commission. Both committees relate to reviewing aspects of laws and regulations to facilitate and advance Islamic banking and finance laws.
Dato’ Andri also has extensive knowledge and had advised on those relating to energy including independent power producers proposals as well as renewable energy such as solar and small hydro projects.
He was a member of the Board of Studies for the post graduate degree of Master of Science in Islamic Banking and Finance as well as was a member of the Board of Studies for the post graduate degree of Master of Science in Islamic Capital market at International Islamic University Malaysia. He is a registered adjudicator and registered on the Islamic banking and finance of arbitrators at the Asian International Arbitration Centre.
Dr. Zaharuddin was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Urusharta Jamaah on 27 August 2019.
Adjunct Professor Dr. Zaharuddin Abd Rahman is a far-reaching Shariah and business expert who has contributed to the world of Shariah-compliance and halal-related industries spanning over 22 years encompasses unswerving contribution in multiple domains in the local arena – counting banking and Takaful institutions, corporate companies, higher education (universities & colleges), the F&B segment, the cosmetics industry, educational technologies, telecommunications, the Malaysian Government & GLCs plus Malaysian regulators (BNM & the Securities Commission of Malaysia).
His fame in Shariah-conformity and halal-centric proficiency has enabled him to actively impart his quintessential knowhow upon the International stage, touching nations like Singapore, Brunei, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Trinidad and Tobago, the United Kingdom and the USA.
At present, he is the Founding Managing Director of Elzar Group of Companies, Elzar Shariah Solutions Sdn. Bhd., Myclass Technologies Sdn. Bhd, Aalim Aulad Islamic Preschool, MyDental Care, Shah Alam, Urban Mobility Asia and a solar PV company, Suria and Sonne Sdn. Bhd. He is also currently serving as Shariah Advsior at Securities Commission of Malaysia, EPF Islamic, MARA, PUNB, Zurich Takaful and Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Business and Accountancy of University of Selangor (UNISEL), just as he did formerly at the University of Sultan Zainal Abidin (UNISZA).
He has served RHB Islamic Bank Ltd., Malaysia as a Senior Manager Shariah & Product Development; and later, joined Asian Finance Bank Ltd. as Head (Vice President) of Shariah Compliance. He also served as a board member of Yapeim, UNISZA, Shariah Consultant of BNM. Currently, Dr. Zaharuddin plays various roles as a board member of MDC Asia Link Berhad, Moovby and also Business Advisor to Global Sadaqah and The Noor Apps.
To-date, he has written over 23 books and countless articles on Islamic Jurisprudence and Islamic Banking, over and above other Shariah matters, in journals – covering local & international magazines as well as textual material for conferences.
Encik Didi is a member of UJ’s Investment Panel since 2020 and was appointed as Chairman on 28 May 2021.
Encik Didi started his banking career with Morgan Grenfell & Co. in London after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. He also worked for J.P. Morgan in Indonesia and Malaysia for more than 20 years, where his last position was as the Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan Malaysia.
He is currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director of CIMB Group Holdings and is also the President Commissioner of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk.
Dato’ Shukri was appointed as a member of the Investment Panel in 2020.

Dato’ Sheridan was appointed as a member of the Investment Panel of Urusharta Jamaah in 2020.
Dato’ Sheridan was Director of Dealing & Special Assignments at K & N Kenanga Berhad, currently known as Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad from 1996 to 2006. He then became the Deputy President/Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2010. He is proficient in Financial Services and Wealth Management. His areas of expertise include Risk Management, Fund Raising and Corporate Strategic Planning.
Puan Azian was appointed as a member of the Investment Panel of Urusharta Jamaah on 14 June 2021.
Previously, Puan Azian was the Chief Investment Officer of Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad. Prior to that, she was the Chief Investment Officer of Maybank Investment Management Sdn Bhd from 2004 to 2007.
Puan Azian began her career as an auditor and has extensive experience in fund management and capital market. Currently, she sits on the Board of Perak Transit Berhad as an Independent Non-Executive Director, where she is also a member of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Further, Puan Azian is also a member of the Board of Directors of MRT Corporation Berhad, where she also chairs its Risk & Audit Committee.
